Adani University, Vjoist Sign MOU to collaborate on academics and research

This collaboration will offer top-notch educational and research opportunities. It will combine Adani University’s strengths in infrastructure, energy, technology, and healthcare with VJOIST’s innovation ecosystem and technology expertise. The MoU was inked by Prof. Dr. Ravi P Singh, Provost, Adani University, and Dr. Tasos Vasiliadis, Founder and CEO, of JOIST Innovation Park, Greece. The partnership between Adani University and VJOIST reflects a shared vision of creating a global educational environment that not only promotes research, innovation, and skill development but also equips students and faculty with unparalleled opportunities.

Adani University and AHRD now have the understanding to offer certification courses, executive education, and higher degree research programs, including doctoral degrees.

Entrepreneurship Education Partnership with Wadhwani Foundation, USA (National Entrepreneurship Network)

To strengthen entrepreneurship education on campus through the deployment of a systematic approach to optimizing and increasing the impact of teachers and training programs on entrepreneurship education. Provide students with the opportunity to become entrepreneurially skilled and inspired entrepreneurs. Enable aspiring graduating students who start meaningful ventures by connecting them to mentoring platforms and related entrepreneur support systems.

Academic Collaboration with the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development

The Business Counselling Cell at the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (CED), Government of Gujarat, is the knowledge partner for entrepreneurship development at Adani University. With this collaboration, various programs like entrepreneur education, boot camps, educators’ program, hackathon, faculty development programs, etc. are done. We encourage budding entrepreneurs, researchers, students, and faculty to ideate and develop new concepts of business and provide them with mentoring, development, funding, research opportunities, etc.

Government of Gujarat Collaboration under Student Startup and Innovation Policy (SSIP)

The Government of Gujarat under SSIP integrated with the institute, to boost the innovation ecosystem, support innovations and ideas of young students and provide a conducive environment for optimum harnessing of their creative pursuit. Students start-ups will be provided with expert mentorship and SSIP Grants to build sustainable businesses.

Entrepreneurs Network Partner with Claris Capital Limited

To support young innovators and entrepreneurs with a platform for continuous dialog sharing and support alternative and path-breaking start-up ideas by providing necessary support and mentorship, focusing on social transformation and sustainability. Also creating a research and development knowledge pool.

Academic collaboration with Digital Skills Academy, Indian Institute of Technology, Madras

Both academic institutions have collaborated for launching multiple programs imparting training to corporates, students, and professionals, which will have an equal balance of theory and practical knowledge helping the participants to apply their learning in their jobs and career advancements.

Academic cooperation with The Annet Educational Services Pvt. Ltd. (dba) The Real Estate Management Institute, Mumbai

To provide opportunities for global experience, and to facilitate the advancement of knowledge in the infrastructure and real estate sector, collaborated to jointly offer short-term continuing education programs, workshops, conferences, and seminars.

Centre of Excellence for Drones in collaboration with IG Drones

The CoE for Drones shall be set up to provide infrastructure for running Drone Software Resources and Analytics Training for the skill development of youth in high-end technological areas suitable for self-employment/higher income. This centre shall aim to provide exposure to trainees with the latest Industry 4.0 required technology to make the youth future-industry ready.

Academic Cooperation with Andhra University

For providing opportunities for global experience, and to facilitate the advancement of knowledge by offering joint certificate programs in different disciplines like Management, Sciences and Technology, Law, etc. designed and delivered by expert faculty from both institutes.

Skill development programs with Adani Skill Development Centre

To increase the skilling development enrollment of the nation, collaborated with ASDC, to upskill, reskill, and generate employment capabilities of participants by offering skill development and vocational programs.
