Collaboration

Case-Based Approach
The case-based approach of delivering sessions, is akin to andragogy at ivy league schools, wherein participants are expected to put in the right rigor prior to attending sessions. This ensures that all sessions are interactive, hands on, and pushes participants to think outside the box.

Business Leaders Program (BLP)
BLP was conceptualized to build greater foresight, agility, tenacity, and business acumen for senior leaders, in this Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous (VUCA) world.
Emerging Leaders Program (ELP)
ELP is focused to prepare high potential senior managers (HiPos) to don the hat of future business leaders. The program force participants out of their comfort zone, and to examine themselves as leaders and their approach to the latest best practices in the industry, insights thereof.
Executive Program in Management (EPM)
EPM is a yearlong general management program for working executives, with a singular focus on building decision making skills, to ready them for leadership level roles. Over 130 participants vouch for the impact of this experience.
Grow Your Business (GYB)
A full-fledged action-oriented program specially designed to develop the entrepreneurial spirit amongst the young businessmen, entrepreneurs, start-up founders, senior managers. Several domain experts and industrialists addressed the session to provide the practical business problem statements with creative solutions.
Data Visualization & Storytelling (DVST)
This program focuses on the analytical and creative mindset development of the participants by presenting the data in the most engaging manner for quick & reliable decision making.
GST & Taxation
This two full-day program, delivered by senior CA professional with over 20 years industry experience, discusses the practical challenges faced by finance & commercial professionals while observing compliances of GST. This program is well received by senior professionals which led to 3 consecutive batches and still going on.
Power BI
This hands-on tool-based program is designed to educate the analysts and data enthusiasts to use Power BI tool for data visualization and creating attractive dashboards.
Adani Virtual Academy (AVA)
AVA was conceptualized post the covid-19 pandemic, to offer high impact, synchronous (live) programs virtually, that allowed participation irrespective of location, and so that managers could continue to learn and earn. Over 600 participants have been part of these programs till date.
Customized Trainings
The center also offers the expertise of its faculty pool and industry practitioners, in the form of Customized Management Development Programs. Various programs have been offered for corporates operating in the industry of Real Estate, Mining, Airports, Hospitality, Logistics and Energy.
Aviation Sector Projects
Adani University and the Adani Airports L&OD team joined forces in November 2021, to design highly customized and curated technical training programs for Adani Airports, under the Adani Operations Engineering and Regulatory Management Program (AOERM) initiative.
The AOERM programs span facilitation of multiple technical trainings along with empaneled subject matter experts, who are veterans of the Aviation Industry.
Over 1500 participants have attended the AOERM programs, that are offered to employees of all cadres of Adani Airports and across all airport assets - including employees
of partner organizations.
The programs are divided into 4 types:
- 15 day long, on the job trainings (OJTs) for technical inductions at airport sites.
- Airport compliance and safety related programs
- Technical Trainings for Leaders, High Performers, and holders of Executive of Critical Functions
- Micro Interventions (short online programs), that spans 4 hours, on key topics of airport management.
