Brief Profile:

Dr. Manju Raisinghani is an Assistant Professor, OB, HRM and Strategy at Adani University. A dynamic professional with more than 20 years of rich experience, Dr Manju is practicing Human Resource Professional and instructor. She has Proficiency in HR Consultancy for Training and Development, People Management and Managing Processes and HR Systems. For 10 years, she held several leadership positions in the human resources management function and spearheaded strategic initiatives in the automotive, manufacturing, oil and shipping sectors. She has over a decade of teaching, research and consulting experience with a focus on guiding HR policies, practices and workforce planning. Some of the subjects and courses taught by her are Learning and Development, Human Resource Management, Managing Organizational Change, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Planning, Strategic Management, Performance and Compensation and Ethics and Corporate Governance.

She has published various research papers and cases in international publications and participated in International Conferences. Besides teaching, she is a Certified Corporate Trainer and conducted various training programs on Positive Attitude, Competency Mapping, Team Building, Leadership skills, Effective communication for Corporates. A confident, optimistic, and self-disciplined person and believes in perfection.
