Biography:

Dr. Ankur Kapoor is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil & Infrastructure Engineering at Adani University, Ahmedabad. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, specializing in flow measurement using Central Baffle Flumes. His research interests include open-channel hydraulics, CFD modeling, and flow measurement systems, with multiple SCI publications and book chapters in these domains. Dr. Kapoor has taught a wide range of undergraduate and graduate courses and previously served at VNIT Nagpur and GHRIET. He is a recipient of best paper awards at HYDRO conferences and holds two design patents.
