Biography:

Dr. Rohan Majumder is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil and Infrastructure Engineering at Adani University, Ahmedabad. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from IIT Kanpur, where he received the prestigious FARE fellowship. His research focuses on solid mechanics, reliability-based design, finite element analysis and AI/ML-driven structural modelling, with several SCI and Scopus indexed publications. Previously he has contributed to a number of R&D projects at IIT Kanpur as a Senior Research Associate and has also served as an Assistant Professor at Sir Padampat Singhania University. He is also an active reviewer for leading international journals and a member of several professional engineering bodies such as INAE, IEI, IAStruct., ISTE, ASCE etc.
