Biography:

Prof. (Dr.) Anindita Chatterjee brings 20+ years of expertise in training, research, and consultancy. She has delivered high-impact workshops for Indian Oil Corporation, Radisson Blu, and the College of Military Engineering, training around 650 professionals in leadership, communication, and stress management. She was invited as a resource person at the Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad, conducting sessions on personality development and interpersonal skills for GAIL employees.

As Project Director for Quality Council of India (QCI), she led a ₹2+ crore capacity-building program for ICMR professionals nationwide in 2025, covering nine batches. Her leadership programs for IOCL officers spanned five batches from 2021 to 2025. She specializes in psychometric assessments and team development interventions that enhance organizational performance and foster holistic development.

She has successfully completed a capacity-building project awarded by QCI in 2025, a research project for ICSSR in 2015, and undertaken prestigious assignments for Haryana Police. Additionally, seven scholars have completed their Ph.D. under her supervision between 2018 and 2025.
