Biography:

Dr. Alok Kumar Singh is an Assistant Professor & Head i/c of the Electrical Engineering Department at Adani University, Ahmedabad, with 12 years of experience in academia, research, and innovation. His expertise spans Energy systems, focusing on Power Electronics and AI/ML applications in Solar, Batteries, Battery Management, and Hydrogen, alongside Robotics and Entrepreneurship. He has 24 publications, including 8 SCI/Scopus journals, 7 international conferences, and 6 book chapters, and holds one patent with a Best Paper Award. A Senior Member of IEEE, Dr. Singh has organized numerous FDPs, webinars, and student training programs, developed and managed laboratories, and contributed significantly to curriculum design. He is spearheading the newly launched B.Tech. in Energy Engineering and MBA in Energy Management programs, fostering hands-on learning, innovative research, and industry-ready skill development for students.
