About the Program
Oracle Primavera P6 is a globally recognized planning and scheduling software widely used for managing large-scale infrastructure, construction, and engineering projects. This hands-on program is designed to equip participants with practical skills in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring. Participants will learn to develop complete project schedules, define work breakdown structures, allocate resources, establish baselines, track progress, and analyse project performance. Through guided exercises and real-world construction case scenarios, the program bridges the gap between academic concepts and professional project controls practice, preparing students for planning and project management roles in the infrastructure and construction industry.

Dr. Vishal Lad
Assistant Professor, Department of Civil and Infrastructure Engineering
Dr. Vishal Lad is an Assistant Professor, Department of Civil & Infrastructure Engineering, Faculty of Engineering Sciences and Technology, Adani University. He earned his Ph.D. in Construction Technology and Management from SVNIT Surat, India. His research centers on Infrastructure Resilience Management, Building Information Modelling, Productivity, Construction and Demolition Waste Management, etc. He has published more than 10 international journal papers, including in ASCE journals, and several Lecture Notes and Conferences.
