On September 29, 2026, Energy Engineering students completed a three-day training programme on “Green Hydrogen: Electrolyser and Fuel Cell Systems” at the Gujarat Energy Research and Management Institute (GERMI), Gandhinagar, supported by Gujarat Energy and GIZ. The programme covered hydrogen production, storage, transportation, fuel cell technologies, renewable energy integration, safety standards, and national and state policies. Case studies and hands-on demonstrations provided practical insights into industrial applications, decarbonisation, and the growing role of green hydrogen in sustainable energy systems.
