On October 15–16, 2026, Adani University’s Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) conducted a customized “Capability Building Program for ICC Members on PoSH” for over 40 professionals from Adani GCC at its Mumbai campus. Facilitated by Dr. Krishna Mehta, Adjunct Professor at the Faculty of Management Sciences, the two-day on-site training focused on strengthening participants’ understanding of workplace safety, POSH compliance, and inquiry processes. Through interactive discussions and case studies, the programme provided practical insights into fostering inclusive and safe workplaces, receiving excellent feedback for its engaging pedagogy and relevant content.
