On October 15–16, 2026, the Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) at Adani University conducted a Management Development Programme (MDP) on “Persuasion and Negotiation.” Facilitated by Dr. Baishali Mitra, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Management Sciences, the programme brought together around 20 professionals from diverse backgrounds. Through a blend of interactive activities, role-plays, and practical discussions, participants explored the art of influence, communication frameworks, and decision-making strategies. The activity-driven learning experience was met with enthusiastic participation, highlighting the real-world applicability of the concepts covered.
