On September 19, 2026, the Department of Civil and Infrastructure Engineering, FEST, organized an expert session on “Importance of Structural Analysis and Design” for Semester V, and VIl B.Tech. CIE and ICIEPM students. Mr. Kunal Talsaniya, Senior Structural Associate, CBM Engineers India, Ahmedabad, led the session, covering fundamentals of structural analysis and design along with case studies of recent structural failures in India. The session highlighted the crucial role of civil engineers in creating safe and resilient structures.
