On September 1, 2026, the Faculty of Management Sciences (FMS), Adani University, organised an insightful expert session on “Preparing MBA Students to Lead in a Changing World” for MBA students. Dr. Priyanka Dave, PhD, AMP Upskilling Lead, Oregon State University, highlighted why people resist change, particularly emerging technologies such as AI, and shared five principles for leading change: clear communication, understanding concerns, building trust, adaptability and leading by example. The session encouraged students to embrace change as an opportunity for growth, innovation and leadership.
