About the Program

Infrastructure businesses are facing increasing expectations around sustainability, resilience, transparency, and long-term value creation. Faculty

Prof. Mukesh Parikh

International Trainer and Adjunct Professor, Adani University

Prof. Mukesh Parikh is an Adjunct Professor at Adani University and a distinguished maritime, logistics, and infrastructure professional with over 45 years of industry experience. His career spans commercial shipping, port development, logistics, and supply chain management, with significant contributions to the development of Mundra Port during its formative years. An alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur, and a first-rank holder in the Professional Shipping Programme at the Norwegian Shipping Academy, Oslo, he has trained executives across India, Asia, and the Middle East under the UNCTAD TRAINMAR initiative. His expertise encompasses sustainable infrastructure, port and maritime operations, procurement practices, multimodal logistics, and infrastructure governance. Through executive education and consulting, he brings practical perspectives on integrating sustainability, operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and long-term value creation into infrastructure and logistics projects, making him a sought-after mentor for industry professionals.

Prof. Rachna Gangwar

Professor – Faculty of Management Sciences, Adani University

Dr. Rachna Gangwar is a distinguished academic and researcher with over two decades of experience across industry and academia in India and Germany. Her expertise spans sustainable transportation systems, infrastructure policy, public-private partnerships (PPPs), urban mobility, multimodal logistics, and governance. She has led and contributed to research projects for the erstwhile Planning Commission of India, the Asian Development Bank, and the Railway Board, focusing on infrastructure reforms, PPP frameworks, and transport sector efficiency. Prior to joining Adani University, she held teaching and research positions at the University of Karlsruhe (Germany), the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, IMT Ghaziabad, and TAPMI School of Business Jaipur. Her industry experience with PTV AG, Germany, involved consulting on transport and logistics projects for European government clients. A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), she brings a unique blend of global research, policy expertise, and practical insights into sustainable infrastructure development, ESG integration, and resilient transport systems, enabling professionals to address emerging challenges in infrastructure planning and governance.
