Prof. Baishali Mitra

Associate Professor, Faculty of Management Sciences, Adani University

Dr. Baishali Mitra is an accomplished educator in Strategic and Corporate Communication with over 25 years of academic experience. She holds a Ph.D. in English from Osmania University, double Master’s degrees in Linguistics and English Literature, and an Executive Program certification from IIM Calcutta. A certified BEC Trainer by the British Council, she specializes in communication, leadership, negotiation, and collaboration, having trained more than 150 professionals across the Adani Group through management development programs.

Mr. Shardul Purohit

Corporate Communications, Adani Group

With 20+ years of experience, Mr. Shardul brings deep expertise in behavioural psychology and workplace communication. He has coached diverse teams to communicate with influence, clarity and empathy. Known for his engaging and insight-led delivery, his sessions focus on real-world application rather than theory.
