Brief Profile:

Dr. Partho Mukherjee is an Assistant Professor in Mechanical Engineering and his research interests are instabilities, turbulence, mixing, entrainment dynamics and parameterizations in stratified-shear flows. Prior to this, he was working as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR), Bangalore and as an Institute Post-Doc Fellow at IIT Bombay.

He earned his Master’s degree in Engineering Design from CEG, Anna University (2016) and Ph.D. in Thermal and Fluid Engineering from IIT Bombay (2022).
