Brief Profile:

Dr. Krishna Bipin Mehta holds Ph.D. in Law from Gujarat University with a specialization in Intellectual Property Rights. Her research mainly revolved around Software Patents. She has hands-on experience in training people for patent drafting and trademark filings. She has a wide experience of more than thirteen years of litigation and academics. Her interests include developing and exploring different pedagogies for meaningful class engagement in legal studies. Currently, Dr. Krishna works as an Adjunct Professor at various Universities across Gujarat.

She is passionate about connecting theory and practical aspects while teaching intellectual property rights and empowering the trainees with hands-on skills. Her hobbies include photography and creative writing. She also has a blog “Connecting Souls” in her name. She is affiliated with many associations.
