Adani University successfully concluded the final session of its specially curated Leadership Development Programme, led by Ajay Tomar, Joint President & Group Head – Cadre Excellence and Leadership Development, Adani Group.

The programme comprised seven structured and insightful sessions, engaging over 240 students in a learning journey focused on building leadership confidence, strengthening team-building capabilities, and fostering personal growth. Designed to motivate and empower young learners, the initiative aimed to prepare students to become confident, resilient, and future-ready leaders.

The sessions provided practical leadership perspectives and encouraged self-reflection, collaboration, and proactive thinking—key attributes required in today’s dynamic professional landscape.
