Mr. Rajesh Jain
Rajesh Jain is a globally recognized Emotional Intelligence coach, renowned for transforming leadership across business landscapes. With over 30 years of experience spanning the UK, Europe, and India, he has partnered with top-tier consulting firms such as McKinsey & Company and BCG to elevate organizational performance. As Managing Director of Epitude Consultants Limited, London, and a Founding Board Member of JITO UK, he combines strategic acumen with a strong commitment to community. His philanthropic leadership during the COVID-19 crisis earned him recognition from the Lord Lieutenant of London and the Mayor of Harrow. More recently, he was honoured as a Coronation Champion by King Charles III and Queen Camilla, and received the NRI Achievers Award 2024 for his global impact.
