CENTRE FOR URBAN AND REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT

Centres for infrastructure at Adani University work at the amalgamation of theory, practice, and policy. Various initiatives taken by these centers envision enhancing the boundaries of theoretical knowledge through research, providing problem-solving support to industry, and encouraging policy dialogue to address the challenges faced by respective sectors.

Introduction

The Centre in Urban and Real Estate Development (CURED) is an initiative by Adani University that aims at establishing platforms to disseminate knowledge, promote innovation and research, foster collaboration, and nurture future think tanks to make this growth sustainable. At the initiation stage, CURED will provide a knowledge dissemination platform for the Indian real estate market. The focus on Indian geography is primarily due to the immense possibilities that are expected to materialize in the near future.

Objectives of CURED are to foster collaboration of academia with the real estate industry and policy-making/regulatory bodies with global outreach, by providing platforms through events; to organize training activities for students and young professionals to explore the real estate industry with a focus on education and career growth opportunities; to contribute actively to interdisciplinary research and disseminate the research findings through various communication channels.
