Dr. Baishali Mitra

Associate Professor, Faculty of Management Sciences, Adani University

Dr. Baishali Mitra is an educator in Strategic and Corporate Communication with over 25 years of academic experience. She specializes in training postgraduate students, corporate executives, and entrepreneurs. She holds a Ph.D. in English from Osmania University, double Master’s degrees in Linguistics and English Literature, and an Executive Program certification from IIM Calcutta. A certified BEC Trainer by the British Council, her work focuses on communication strategies, leadership effectiveness, and impactful management development programs.

Dr. Manju Raisinghani

Assistant Professor, Faculty of Management Sciences, Adani University

A dynamic professional with over 20 years of experience as a Human Resource practitioner and instructor. Skilled in HR consultancy, training and development, people management, and HR systems, they have proven expertise in enhancing productivity through employee engagement and effective HR planning. An admired faculty member at a renowned B-School, they teach Communication, Human Resource Management, and Strategic Management, and are known for strong leadership, communication, and resource management abilities.
