Dr. Aman Deep Gupta

Biography:

Dr. Aman Deep Gupta holds a Ph.D. and M.Tech in Civil (Environmental) Engineering from IIT Kanpur and a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from IIT BHU Varanasi. He was awarded the S.D. Bokil Award for academic excellence at IIT Kanpur. His research focuses on air pollution, particularly the health risks of inhalable ambient aerosols (PM2.5), source apportionment of PM sources, and mortality estimates using chemical and biological assays. He also works on bioaerosols, specializing in sampling and characterization through culture-based methods. Dr. Gupta has published numerous SCI-indexed, peer-reviewed journal papers, contributing to advancements in air quality research and environmental health.
