Brief Profile:

A distinguished academic, trainer and research mentor, she has guided numerous post-graduate and doctoral research assignments, with six PhD scholars successfully completing their dissertations under her supervision. In 2016, she led a funded research project worth ₹7.06 lakhs from the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) on Institutionalization of Sustainable Development Initiatives. Her scholarly contributions include 62 research papers and book chapters, along with case studies published through ECCH, ABDC and Scopus.

She has served as Project Director for capacity-building initiatives awarded by the Quality Council of India in 2024-2025, overseeing the training of nine batches of ICMR employees across India under a multi-crore project. Her expertise in leadership, team building, coaching interventions, and data analysis has been shared through training programs for organizations such as Administrative Staff College of India, Radisson Blu, B N College, Geetanjali College, Vidya Vardhini College, and Manav Rachna. She has also conducted sessions for employees of SCOPE (Standing Conference of Public Enterprises). Her international engagement includes participation in the ERASMUS project, aimed at strengthening research infrastructure across South Asian countries. She served as a Research Director at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies.

Dr. Chatterjee is a certified professional in Diversity & Inclusion (NHRDN), Universal Human Values (AICTE), Leadership Mastery (MRU & DTU), HR Analytics (NHRD), and Qualitative Research (UC Davis). She actively promotes research aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), supports faculty development through seed funding and training on NVIVO, R, and SEM, and has served as convener for ICSSR-sponsored national seminar. She has also contributed to industry-academia collaborations, developed SWAYAM courses, and served as an PhD examiner and editorial board member.
