Designation: Teaching Assistant
Ms. Meghana Wagh is currently serving as a Teaching Assistant in the Faculty of Management Sciences. Her academic and professional expertise lies in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. Previously she worked with the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, as a Young Professional under the National Career Service (NCS) project from August 2022 to November 2025. During this tenure, she contributed to the operations of Model Career Centres in Ahmedabad and Kolhapur, offering career guidance and counseling, supporting employment exchange functions, organizing job fairs, and promoting the NCS portal through seminars in educational institutions. Before that, she gained extensive academic experience at premier management institutions such as IIM Indore, IIM Udaipur, and IIM Kashipur, where she worked as an Academic Associate/Assistant in the OB–HRM domain. Her responsibilities included student evaluation, assessment, and invigilation. Beyond institutional roles, she has also been self-employed as a Career Counselor and HR Consultant, guiding highschool students in career planning and supporting small-scale industries through HR policy development and recruitment. Her corporate experience spans industries such as software, financial advisory, securities, and automobiles, where she has handled managerial and executive responsibilities in HR and Administration, including recruitment, payroll, team supervision, and office management. Earlier in her career, she served as an Assistant Professor at the Malwa Institute of Technology, Indore, teaching undergraduate engineering students, participating in academic committees, contributing to the annual magazine editorial board, and overseeing departmental ISO activities. She began her professional journey as a Hardware Engineer at Farm Electronics, Indore, focusing on transformer quality inspection.
