About the Conclave

Drobotics Conclave 2026 is a two‑day national summit organized by the Adani University Robotics Club, bringing together academia, industry leaders, policymakers, startups, and students to explore the future of robotics, drone technology, automation, and intelligent systems.

The conclave is designed as a high‑impact platform to bridge the gap between academic learning and industrial scalability, blending visionary talks with hands‑on technical exposure and competitive innovation.

The panel discussion will focus on “Innovation and Startup Ecosystems in Robotics and Drone,” highlighting the broader role of robotics and drones beyond manufacturing.

Objectives

Promote interdisciplinary learning in robotics, drones, AI, and automation
Enable industry–academia collaboration and technology transfer
Provide hands‑on exposure to real‑world robotic and UAV systems
Encourage innovation, entrepreneurship, and indigenous technology development

What to Expect from Drobotics Conclave Event

Expert Keynotes & Panel Discussions

Insights from leaders representing Adani Defence & Aerospace, Adani Group, IIT Bombay, IIT Gandhinagar, and GUJCOST on digital transformation, Industry 4.0, and indigenous manufacturing.

Technology & Startup Exhibition

Showcasing cutting‑edge robotic, drone, and automation solutions by startups and industry partners.

Hands‑on Workshops

Immersive drone and robotics workshops focused on design, simulation, deployment, and industrial automation.

National‑Level Student Competitions

Exciting challenges like Robo Race and Maze Solver to test logic and engineering creativity.

Competition details

Theme: Skill Over Power
A high‑octane race where your precision behind the controller matters more than the RPM of your motor.
The Challenge
Navigate a professional dirt track featuring sharp turns, a high‑speed straightaway.
Key Constraint
Open to 1꞉16 and 1꞉18 scale RC cars only to ensure fair, tight‑quarter racing.
Theme: The Ultimate Path‑Finding Challenge
The Challenge
Design and code a fully autonomous robot to conquer a massive maze.
The Goal
Find the fastest path from Start to End without any human intervention or remote control.
Technical Highs
Powered by Arduino logic, your robot must use ultrasonic "eyes" to sense walls and make split‑second navigation decisions.

Total Prize Pool Worth Rs. 1,00,000

The prize pool of Rs.1 Lakh is shared across both competitions.
